You will notice I don't have shopping cart on my website; this is because I like to communicate with my customer before a transaction is completed, to make sure  that you are getting what you want and need.



Maintenance

The high grade and quality guitars are neccessarily built with the finest materials, consequently they are much more fragile and sensitive to temperature variations than other instruments.

To ensure satisfaction, I suggest you putting the following tips in action

Warranty

 

A one-year warranty is standard with all instruments. Improper care or to extremes of temperature or humidity are not covered. Parts subject to normal use are not included in this warranty including saddles, nuts, strings, frets tuners and improper care.

As far as possible, it's preferable to take possession of the instrument yourself. Otherwise the transport companies offers you insurance that is should provided to take

Do not hesitate to check the good condition of the instrument in front of the delivery agent. Otherwise refuse it !!!  If you omit this checking no warranty could be valid. The warranty is not applicable to completion of the guitar. For more details contact me

Despite the great care applied to making of the guitar, if it does not give you complete satisfaction, you can simply return it within 15 days. Only your deposit and the return fees will be deduct from your amount. Reimbursment will be provided for expenses when the guitar will had been resold to third parties unless exchange of a new guitar.




 

Payment terms

 

A  non refundable deposit of 20% of total price will be required after the estimed time of fabrication. This time can vary from 6 to 12 months, depending of the season.

Nevertheless, I pledge to conform to the sequence in which orders have been passed. I will contact you at the beginning of fabrication.

An amount equal to one-half the total price will be required. The last payment will precede the delivery. Charges for freight and insurance shall be at the customer's expense.
